Since I was very young, I felt an inner strength that called me to fight against injustice. No matter who I had in front of me (an adult in my family or an authority in some institution) I could study and prepare my arguments to reverse a certain situation, in favor of someone who was at a disadvantage. Even in school, I loved challenges and I would take part in debates, offering myself as a speaker for ceremonies whose texts I created myself.

Following that calling that motivated me since I was a child, I decided to create my own firm and I fervently pursue that my entire team reflects the values that we as founders teach. We seek through our assistance to be the change that is needed to live in a more just world. That is why our work is dedicated, faithful and transparent because we believe that the trust of our clients is our most precious treasure.

Education

I began my law studies at the University of Buenos Aires, but then I decided to study at the University Institute of the Argentine Federal Police, where I graduated. I am a Specialist in Criminal Law from the University of Buenos Aires and an International Master of Laws (LLM) with specialization in Oral Litigation in Criminal and Civil Matters, received with honors from California Western School of Law in the USA. I also graduated as a Trainer of Trainers in Oral Litigation at INECIP.

Achievements

As a criminal lawyer, I have been involved in cases of aggravated homicide with multiple perpetrators, rape, human trafficking, drug trafficking, forgery of public documents, extortion, aggravated threats and many others.

One of my greatest achievements was to achieve the imposition of the highest sentence in the country - 50 years - to the serial rapist (Álvarez Albarracín), a case that was reported in all the media. As well as sentences of life imprisonment in highly complex cases (Báez Cosme Case). Achieving the conviction of minors who intervened in the homicide.

I write journalistic articles on criminal and immigration issues for several print media (Clarín, La Nación, La Prensa, Infobae, Telam and others) and I am invited to debate on TV and radio channels and to speak as an expert on current issues.

As a specialist in Migrant Law, I was invited by the Permanent Bicameral Commission of the Honorable Congress of the Nation and where I exposed about Decree 70/2017 that modifies the Migration Law, in February 2017.

I currently train lawyers in their role as Judges, Prosecutors, Public Defenders and Private Defenders in Oral Litigation Techniques in FUNDESI as well as in Lawyers Associations in the country and abroad.
